Mother's Day Gift Request?

I am normally not the sort that asks for gifts. Usually when a gift giving occasion comes up I say "Don't get me anything, I don't need anything" and I leave it at that. This year for Mother's Day or my birthday (very close to mother's day) I'd like an engraved pendant with either my children's names or their first initials. My daughter was just born and I am feeling very sentimental about my little joys. My SIL has Tiffany charms with the first letter of each of her sons on them and I love them - but I don't want to do the same thing as her. I love the Elsa Peretti letters, but they're super expensive for two. I found knock offs on Eves addition, but the are sooo in expensive that I'm worried about the quality that I would end up with and since I'm planning on keeping and wearing this item for ever I don't want something flimsy or cheap.

Any ideas on where I can get what I am looking for keeping in mind quality and price?
