A really dumb question, be prepared...

so as we were eating lunch a little while ago, i was wondering what i should make for dinner. i didn't take anything out but then i remembered i have hot dogs and two cans of baked beans. would baked beans suffice as "pork and beans" or are those kind of beans a different flavor? LOL i seriously don't know for sure. im thinking even if not it'll probably be good mixed together anyway with some bread and butter along with it. thoughts?

  • We do baked beans with gorund beef all the time over toast- I imagine hotdogs would work just as well...  I would serve it over toast w/ a salad just to add some more fiber to it... the beans and hotdogs alone may not be very filling...
