Has anyone bought teeth whitening kits from the store?

If you have, which one did you use? How quickly and how well do they work? Did you have sensitive teeth afterward? I think I may need some whitening stuff for my own teeth....any suggestions?

  • I bought my dd some for Christmas. I couldn't tell any difference. They were Crest white stripes. What I use is Crest weekly clean intensive cleaning paste. You use it like twice a week. I can tell a difference on my teeth. Its a small tube. Costs like $3-$4.. That's what I use..

  • I bought the white strips. They have listerine white strips that you only have to put on for a few minutes and they really do work and taste good.

I also tried Crest white strips, You have to wear them for 30 minutes and they work also but the listerine white strips are more convenient.

  • I've always used crestwhite strips and they work. Yes, my teeth are very sensitive from using them though.

  • I've used it all & all those whitening strips are is...Peroxide. Proxide can be used for swishing around in your mouth for teeth whitening. (check on the bottle label) This works just as good & much cheaper! I also use "Arm & Hammer" Complete Care toothpast. (also contains baking soda & perxide)
It's not the BEST tasting toothpaste but it definitely does the trick. I'm always being asked how I get my teeth so white! Well, there ya go!!

  • I have tried Crest and Listerine. The listerine ones stayed on my teeth and did work.

The crest ones kept sliding off my teeth and were very annoying.
