do you have any dieting tips?

i try to eat right and exercise.but im not perfect i get tired and i love pizza and soda.please help!

  • I feel like diets are over rated. Try and taking a walk everyday or some form of exercise. Dont take food away because when you go with out you eat more of it when you finally get it. Always love yourself for who you are.

  • is that a pic of you?? you're beautiful! sometimes we need affirmations and kind talk to ourselves more than diets. bring up your self esteem with rewards (like some new things just for you, could be anything pay attention to what stirs you) your heart will repay you in ways you'll never expect. sweetie

  • just keep on trying i do Pilates it helps a lot, plus do not get dicouraged if you slip up start the next day take it 1 day at a time.

  • Change your habits little by little. Slowly replace white breads and rice for whole grains. Rather than eating 3 big meals, eat 5 or 6 small meals with protein in each one to keep your blood sugar balanced. Add in a little excercise each day. Go for a walk, use a work out video. Mix it up to keep it interesting and keep you from getting bored. good luck!
