  • I would probably either throw some chicken in it or serve it with grilled chicken. Maybe a salad or something. It seems sort of heavy with the mayo and cream soup.

  • OH MY!!! That looks amazing! I'm addicted to quiona. I'll have to try this asap! You don't need to serve a meat with it, since it's a complete protein by itself. I'm thinking serve it with some red beans and a pretty salad.

  • I like the cucumber and tomato idea. There is a neato recipe on that same blog for a quiona, grapefruit and cucumber salad. It looks very pretty too.
