Well, bite my tongue!!!!!!

Okay, in my efforts to alleviate myself from Obamania for a moment or two, I researched Michael Steele. It is always good to know the opposition, right? Well, bite my tongue, he can almost make you want to turn Republican. While I do not agree with all of his views I completely agree with others. He is intelligent and is a great deliverer. Makes me a little nervous come next election, lol. Anyone else have thoughts on this man? P.S. See akin for the link.

  • micrespo, you are giving in to the seduction. Excellent (just like Mr. Burns on Simpsons). Yeah, I watch cartoons.

  • While he doesn't quite send a chill up my leg, I can really get behind his policies.

  • LOL- I think party affiliations should be checked at the door every election.

Both parties run so far in the extreme you may be more comfortable with the opposition!

  • LMAO, QuinnMae. I fully went into the sites expecting to despise him and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised.

  • I am moderate myself. I like some of the Independent candidates, but unfortunately there always seems to be something a little off when comparing their records with my ideals. I don't think there has been one candidate that completely represents me. I am such a conundrum. lol.

  • I'm Republican but go my own way.

The guy I stood behind at the polls in the last election said "my great aunt would come down from Heaven and kill me if I voted Republican.

The lady working said, "I hear that on both side about a thousand times every time I do this."

    I find that really scary.
