Do you respond?

When you get a PM from a random person that states she saw your post in answers and asks you about your personal life. I usually do not if I don't see them in answers often. Just got a weird on today.

I have gotten one and I was going to chat with her but what she was asking about was just too personal I just didn't feel comfortable talking about it to her since I know NOTHING about her. I'm sure she meant well though.
