What is this musical instrument called?

I'm watching a video of a James Taylor concert. A man is playing an instrument that is rectangular, slightly larger than a breadbox, and is sitting horizontally atop a platform that is a few feet tall. The man is seated and is playing the instrument with his fingers in a way that suggests that the instrument has a keyboard. However, the in-out motion the end facing the audience is making indicates some sort of bellows system as well. If you watch the James Taylor performance on Comcast/Xfinity On Demand, you can see this instrument being played during 'Sweet Baby James'.
