To save money we are going to try to eat all are breakfasts and lunches in our hotel room.

They have a small fridge so we can keep a few things cold and drinks. Any suggestions on what we could eat that would be pretty easy in a hotel room?

  • Will it have a micro too? We always get rooms with kitchens, eating out gets expensive. You can do the micro cups of spagheti - o type things, for adults the Hormel meals and the pasta meals are decent and filling. Keep juice boxes for the kids and a half gallon of milk, cereal in ready to serve bowls. Nutra grain bars. We have a small elec skillet we take sometimes when we're gonna be gone for weeks , we go with dh to job sites in the summer, George foreman grills work too!

  • "Lunchables!"

OMG those aren't even food FFA!

I like the bagels idea, granola (good plain or with milk), Nutella and toast which I've heard is a very nutritious breakfast (okay it's not but it's reallly good), pick up a pound of sliced cheese from the deli and you can eat off that the whole time you're there.

  • We live in hotels every time we PCS and usually we do things like oatmeal packets, nutella, PDA ut butter, jelly, fruit cups, yogurt, fruits with strong peels like bananas and oranges, deli meats, juice boxes, whatever drinks you want, if you like the premade tuna salad packets those work,

Peanut..not PDA ut, my autocorrect is being a bitch today so you get the idea.

  • You could also order pizza but most hotels will make you meet the delivery guy outside the hotel

  • Complimentary breakfast is a great way to start the day. Hope your hotel has one.
