  • They don't really help you conceive, but they do help give your baby the best possible start when you do conceive. My doctor said it was a good idea to start taking them a couple of months before you start ttc so your body will be ready to support a developing baby from day one.

  • Well all women of child bearing age are urged to take multi vitamins in the event that they do become preggers. Also when you are healthier you are more likely to conceive if you have been having a hard time...It can't hurt even if it doesn't help...your nails will be prettier.

  • They won't help you get pregnant, but if you are trying to get pregnant then you should definitely be taking them. I took them for almost 5 years straight while TTC and pregnant.
