what is the least fatty way to cook chicken?

  • I am pretty sure that grilling is the least fatty way. That way all the grease and what not falls through the grates away from the meat. Chicken in general is pretty good it's if you cook it in creamy sauces and other fatty things where the problem comes in.

  • I like to broil chicken. I just season it with a little salt & pepper, and maybe some garlic.

  • We do grilled chicken over salad several nights a week...I spray Perdue Perfect Portions (so handy! Get them on sale...) with cooking spray and then sprinkle heavily with Emmeril's Essence and grill for 4 mins on the Foreman Grill. Cut into chunks and serve over a mixed greens salad with tomato, a little bit of feta cheese and Garlic Expressions salad dressing, awesome every time!
