Where the wild things are was a favorite of my kids and I.

We just read Where The Wild Things Are last night at bedtime:

“But the wild things cried,
'Oh please don’t go – we’ll eat you up – we love you so!'
And Max said, 'No!'
The wild things roared their terrible roars and gnashed their terrible teeth
and rolled their terrible eyes and showed their terrible claws,
but Max stepped into his private boat and waved goodbye.”

Didn't he create "Little Bear" too? My kids loved that show! As well as "where the wild things are"

oh thats so sad! Wild Things is my DH's favorite book of all time. Sendak was on the Colbert Report recently and he was a riot!
