Is this labor

for the past 30 mins i feel like ive been having 1 huge braxton hicks contraction. normaly my bh are very very uncomfterble but go away within seconds. but this 1 is still goin. my tummy is not hard but firm and its kinda hard for me to breath like very shortness of breath. more so when i sit down.i feel very nauseas.. i have 2 other kids but i have never gone into labor and ive never felt like this b4. i did have a very big meal last night ,but where my actual stomache is, its not hard like im full. i know i should call my ob, but could this b labor? just to add dh and i did have sex this morning idk if that could have nething to do w/ it.
