breastfeeding

i am breastfeeding right now but in a few weeks i have to go on extern for school ... i would like to keep giving him breastmilk but i have to give him formula for during the day .... should i give him breastmilk at night and formula during the day or just put him on only formula

  • Well, if you don't pump during the day you're going to start producing less milk. Can you start pumping now after each feeding and freeze it so he has breastmilk to drink when you're away?

  • Of course you do a combo. Some breast milk is better than none.

  • can you pump so that you can give him pumped milk while you are away? I agree with pp some is better than none.
