I still have a lot of baby weight left that I really wanna lose. I wanna lose at least 30lbs. I no diet and excersice is obsvly what I need to do but I also have two young kids 4yrs and 6mnths. So how do you stay at home moms excerise and lose the baby weight? Any tips wld help a ton! Oh I also work in the morning frfom 1am to 6am some days and I work a double on sat/sun. I do a paper route
Answer QuestionI love Bikram ( Hot ) yoga. http://www.bikramyoga.com/studioLocator.php I will be 32 in July, I have 2 kids, 2&4 and this is how I stay fit and healthy. IMO the most efficient way to stay healthy. Bikram is not something you can learn at home though. Check out the link and see if there is a studio near you, once you learn the poses correctly, you can download it to your i-pod. I also like Tracy Anderson's Matt work-out and post pregnancy work-out ( don't be fooled by the PP, its hard ), I find them both very effective as well. Good music too.
