I'm 22 weeks, and the exercise at work (Army: Aerobics) don't really cut it for me. I was wondering what are good things to do exercise wise, and how long can I exercise during each session. Also they say running is allowed until the 3rd trimester, but it's bad to get ur heart rate over im confused on all that. Thank Ladies.

  • I walked everyday of my pregnancies... I also did a lot of water erobics, loike moving you legs in the water and swimming.... just to keep in shape- Sincerely Cyndi "D (p.s. deep squats helped shpen some things for delivery and made it lots easier to push)
