Exercise...

I'm 22 weeks, and the exercise at work (Army: Aerobics) don't really cut it for me. I was wondering what are good things to do exercise wise, and how long can I exercise during each session. Also they say running is allowed until the 3rd trimester, but it's bad to get ur heart rate over 140..so im confused on all that. Thank Ladies.

  • I walked everyday of my pregnancies... I also did a lot of water erobics, loike moving you legs in the water and swimming.... just to keep in shape- Sincerely Cyndi "D (p.s. deep squats helped shpen some things for delivery and made it lots easier to push)
