A question for those who've gone from fat to fit


Can you compare, and describe, how you
felt then, and how you feel now? I don't
mean how you feel about the way you look
but rather how you feel physically -
stamina, strength, lifted depression, etc. In
what ways do you feel better? What can
you do now that you couldn't then? I think
stories like that would be the greatest
motivator for me.

  • Sex, sex and more sexxx. The more you make love, the better you feel. Also, eat your daily vegetables, fruits, lean protein and essential viramins. A daily multivitamin comes in handy every day to keep your mental alertness.

  • Ohhh yeah - I almost forgot. One HUGE thing I cut out was Mr. Alcohol. That drops a lot of weight and you feel better physically, mentally, spiritually, etc.
