  • my absolute favorite is an open-faced cheddar cheese, roastbeef, mashed potatoes, & gravy sandwich. its like a whole dinner in sandwich form!

    i also could never pass up a simple tuna melt...i love tuna.

    now im really hungry!!

  • I fell in love with Reuben on our honeymoon. There was a little cafe around the corner from our hotel. We ate Reuben sandwiches all week. YUMMY!!

  • BLT, that's my favorite, meat veggies and wheat toast, dinner all in one as well.......Our kids love them too and it's light as long as you use a less fatty bacon and light mayo...

  • I have gotten hooked on the old favorite "poor mans steak" lol. I dont know what it is but Ive created my own variation of the bologna sandwich. I put butter on the bread, add 2 slices of bolgna and put shredded cheddar cheese in the middle and fry it. Sometimes I even add chips to it when I finish cooking it, dont know where I got that from lol.
