ok so i just had a baby 3 weeks ago and i gained alot of wait...im trying to find a good way to loose it..do you have any diet ideas...

  • well its to early to exercise so yeah and they say you shouldnt diet this early after either id talk to your doctor on this one

  • Are you breastfeeding? That will help more than anything and if you are they have a breastfeeding weight watchers plan! And if you are not breastfeeding, I would look into weight watchers as well!!!!

  • Just eat healthy foods such as veggies, fruits, whole grain breads and pastas (an actual serving size, not triple which is what most of us do without realizing it), and lean proteins like fish, grilled chicken breasts, and lean beef. Then start adding some daily exercise. If you are in a snowy state, take the baby to the mall and walk around the mall....if you have nice weather get outside and walk.

  • The only thing you can change right now is your diet. You're not eating for two anymore, so eat less and that can kick-start the weight loss. When your doctor clears it, add some exercise and it will pick up.
