WYR: wear jeans or yoga pants?

Right now yoga pants because I am at a stage where I can't find any jeans that fit me well. My thighs and butt are big, but my waist isn't as big so my waist is about an 8 or 9 and my butt/thighs are more like a 12. Therefore jeans just piss me off.

Yoga pants. I have issues finding them, though. I'm short (5' 5"ish), but my legs are really long (they're only about two inches shorter than DH's and he's 6' 8"), so finding pants in general that fit right is a pain, and it seems like all the athletic type pants I find are shorter than jeans and dressy pants.
