Crayon in the dryer

Somehow or another a red/orange crayon ended up in my dryer. Needless to say, the clothing now has some pretty interesting spots. Any ideas how to get that out of the clothing and also how to clean the remaining off the dryer itself. The lint trap got crayoned as well as the area around the lint trap. Thanks ladies

  • there is a home and shop cloth from the manufactures of SNAP I had washed and tried a mini pack of crayons it was everywhere, it now looks good as new

  • A friend of mine once recommended Goo-Be-Gone when my niece left Starburst candy and lipstick in her pocket and it ended up in my dryer. It might work on crayon too. I'm not sure about the clothes though. Good luck.
