Should i call or email?

i had a realtor emailing me houses for sale out by his job, but since we're not moving out there, should i email him or call him and see if he can find us houses in a new area? he was really good, he's found me 50 houses and all but maybe 10 had four bedrooms and they were in the price range i had asked him for from the start.
which would you do?

  • Both.. I would call first & see if he answers. If not, leave a message. Then email after.

  • I would email him and list again the area you want, the price range, and what the house needs to have to make things clear.
