  • We bought an old farm in Mississippi. It had 40 acres and an old farmhouse and barn on it. It took alot of searching but patience paid off!

  • Our agent showed us a ton of sites. You can look in home for sale books and they list land and acreage too.

  • we went through USDA rural development and bought our house, it's a great program, even for first time home buyers, we got a brand new house on a little piece of land and our mortgage is only 500.00 a month, it's awesome!
