What is the best way

To loose weight in your belly, thighs and butt area?
I'm use to being a size 1-3 and not weighing over 115. While after my last child I now weigh 134 and wear size 9. I can't stand to be this size , it makes me self conscious.
Any advice will be greatly appreicated.

  • if you go to a gym the eliptical is good for toning butt and thighs. if not, just walking and staying active will help a lot. eat lots of fruits, veggies and whole grains and drink lots of water. try to get in 30-45min of cardio a day as well.
