the past 2 weeks i have been eating really healthy. making sure i eat every couple of hours, and small snacks..i've felt really good too. well, i was really busy tues and wednesday and forgot my snacks here at the house while i was out running around plus i had kids with me...(who wanted icecream) so we stopped and got icecream and a burger. a couple of hours later i felt this sick feeling like i had to eat or i was going to get sick..my head felt dizzy, i just had to eat. i was at home by then but i ate one of my snack bars and was fine. ever since i had the burger and the icecream though and got off track i've been feeling this sickness when i'm hungry. I guess i hadnt been letting myself get hungry but what could be wrong?Answer Question
