How Far????

So once you get a positive pregnancy test how far along are you, is that considered a month yet, because I tested on Monday and I got a negative.

  • It depends on the woman. Some people don't test positive for months, some test positive right away.
    It depends on the concentration of hormones in your urine, which is why it is best to test in the morning with your first pee.

  • The date of your last menstrual period decides how far along you are in most cases. Some women who ovulate late, have to get an ultrasound to determine how far along they are. Most women test positive around the time their next period is due and that would make them approximately 4 weeks if their cycles are regular.

  • I agree. Your period is actually week 1. So even though your not actually preg yet, thats how they determine (in most cases).
