A future president?

I certainly hope so!  My governor, John Hickenlooper was touring the state signing bills into law.  He stopped at a friend's brewery grand opening today.

He's looking to me like the only promising up and coming democrat.

My dh used to home brew. He used to make mead too. I love mead. Colorado is the biggest player in the craft beer business. It's been quite an adventure hitting different brewpubs in this state.

  • I read somewhere that colorado has a large mkt share of craft beer industry because of their loose regulations. Does this politician support limited government intervention?

Loose regulations? Never heard that. I just know that Colorado has the largest craft beer industry, because we know good beer.
No Hickenlooper is not an advocate of small government, though he is a strong advocate of small business. His brewery helped revitalize the area around Coors field. He had no background in business when he opened his first restaurant and pretty quickly became a business leader in Denver
He's a great advocate for the homeless. He's a very green governor and was a pretty good mayor of Denver. He pretty much ran unopposed for governor (not a viable republican running)
He's a great all-around politician with scruples and good values
