  • Can't really say. Usually if you are dehydrated you don't urinate hardly at all. No moisture in your mouth, your skin is dry and cracked, especially your lips. Definitely go and see the doctor!! Are you drinking enough water?? At least 8 8ounce glasses of water is recommended.

  • The following medical conditions are some of the possible causes of Orange urine. There are likely to be other possible causes, so ask your doctor about your symptoms.

    * Certain foods or drinks
    o Beets - turn urine reddish
    o Borscht (beet soup) - turn urine reddish
    o Blackberries - may lead to red urine
    o Rhubarb - can cause orange urine
    o Senna - can lead to orange urine
    * Blood in urine - see causes of blood in urine
    * Dehydration - causes darker urine or even a gold-color urine
    * Bile in urine - causes a tea-like or mahogany color.
    * Jaundice - causes bile in urine

  • I speak from experience. Your urine should be the color of straw and clear. If its dark colored you are very dehydrated-start drinking tons of water or you are possibly going to get a bladder infection. You could just have the flu and be dehydrated hence you have the headache and nausea. If your urine doesn't get lighter in color and you have any cloudiness see a doctor for a urine test to rule out bladder or kidney infection. There should be no foul smell to the urine either. I have had MANY bladder infections and a large large kidney stone that also caused many bladder and kidney infections. Do you have a fever???
