Hi ,am 29 and am trying to keep my weight which 112 but am gaining weight . i watch my calories, i eat whole wheat bread . i eat small portions . i do exercise 2 or 3 times a week .but am gaining weight specially my thighs and belly.

  • Carbs are in lots of different foods, not just breads.

  • Don't cut out carbs. "Consume a variety of nutrient-dense foods within and across the food groups, especially whole grains, fruits, vegetables, low-fat or fat-free milk or milk products, and lean meats and other protein sources.
    Limit the intake of saturated and trans fats, cholesterol, added sugars, sodium (salt), and alcohol.

  • You need a high protein and a low fat diet if you want to be more lean if that is what you mean. If you eat more than 10%-20% of your calories are from protein.
