how to lose baby weight

i need to lose like 20 lbs to be bak at my pre-pregnancy weight. i need some exercise ideas to kinda get me in the right direction. i want to be ready to swim suites. i need to work on my abs, legs, butt, and arms.

  • As far as machines go you lose the most on the eliptical and climber machines...its like 700-750 calories an hour! That's probably the healthiest hard core work out you can do. It will work almost all of your body. Do some push ups and arm weight exercises and your whole body will be covered.
