I have THE worst eating habits by far. Pretty much it's all pastas, pizza, Mcdonalds, Hamburger helper, sweets, soda, etc. I hate lettuce, mushrooms, anything that swims under water, pretty much anything healthy. Well I'm starting P90X tonight and I just don't see how I can make their meal plan work. Some recipes are fine. But most are repulsing to me. Sooo what should I do? Do you think that Weight Watchers would be ok to use with P90X? I want to start eating healthier and healthier. But let's be realistic, I'm not just going to be able to wake up tomorrow and turn into a health freak! I mean calorie counting is better than nothing right? Because right now that's all I'm doing; Nothing.Answer Question
