how to lose baby weight

i need to lose like 20 lbs to be back at my regular weight. what exercises can i do to help tone my abs, legs.butt, and arms

  • Depending on what type of exercise you did before or during your pregnancy, you should be able to do the same for a shorter time/distance. If anything, walking or jogging is very effective.
