what do u think.....

a mom should have when she gets home from the hospital? I know u need a bunch of pads... any other ideas?

  • The best thing to have is your ROOM which should be clean and warm in atmosphere. You may sealed in tupperware some FRUITS which will help you on your health recovery and breastfeeding if you plan. Citrus fruits will help you produce milk (oranges, grapes, strawberries and the like). And don;t forget to take your NON-FAT MILK that provides good nutrients not only in your breastfeeding but on your physical and mental health as well.

  • Rest i avoided it cause i wanted to watch my baby I was so excited and got to warn out, besides rest breast pads and the cream, cause when your milk comes in oh god not fun.
