What is the best...

cardio workout to do and for how long ?? Any suggestions??

  • it's really a matter of preference. I love to to the Cardio Blast DVD's from the Biggest Loser, while other may hate it. Others may perfer going to the gym (I can't afford it so I don't)! I try to do 30 minutes of cardio a day. Somedays I do 45 minutes or so.

  • for me... running, as long as you can, then a brisk walk, then when you can, run again, and stretch when you get home!! go for 30 min at a time outside in the fresh air...
