  • You can do workout videos, or make up your own routine. If you have the room, you can jump rope (or pretend you have a rope and jump), do jumping jacks, jog in place, do rapid punches while in a squat position, etc. for cardio. Then there are crunches, different ways to lift weights, pilates, yoga, pushups, lunges, squats, etc. for strength and flexibility. If you have Netflix, there are several workouts on there, and I think there are some on youtube.

  • I do squats with my son on my back. I do lunges with him on my back.

I pull up P90X on YouTube. There's also something called the Spartan workout which is killer. If you have Netflix they have exercise shows on there :)

  • I have been using Beachbody workout programs for several years, and I love them. I just became a coach so if you are interested in learning more about any of their programs, you can visit my website or contact me on cafemom. http://beachbodycoach.com/lmh74.
I have done Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, Chalean Extreme, P90X, Insanity, and Brazil Butt Lift so I can tell you a lot about these programs. Good luck with whatever workouts you decide to do! A combination of cardio and strength training is the best.
