Covering A Dish?

im making chicken broccoli rice for dinner & ive never made it before. the recipe i have says to cover the dish while it bakes, but i dont have a lid for the dish im using. the chicken goes in raw...so is it okay to just not cover it? ive also thought about using a pizza pan or aluminum foil to cover it. what would you do?

  • No. Do not punch holes in the foil. It doesn't need to vent. Just make sure you are careful when it's done and you take the foil off so the steam doesn't burn you!

  • I always use tin foil. It seems to work the best. Happy dinner:)
