  • Dardanella, what's the source? I know there was a ruling in CA last week but it specifically dealt with CalPERS and long term care benefits; it was a rather narrow ruling.

  • woohoo  That's great!  In the city where I live, the city council is discussing adding domestic partners to employee's health coverage plans.  I think the tide is changing, ever so slowly!  :)
