Whats the best temperature and time to bake boneless skinless chicken breasts?

Was gonna do them on the grill but dont feel like hauling the thing out- I really want to make sure they stay juicy and tender in the oven.

  • Yes, 350 for about 30-40 minutes. I like to coat mine with Italian dressing and parmesean cheese. Enjoy!

  • 350 Covered with aluminum foil.After 35 minutes check them! Can be as long as 45 minutes to one hour! You have to check & Watch them! I do mine by black peppering them along with paprika! But that's me! Best of Luck!!

  • i think the oven makes them a little dry. I love to just put them in the skillet with a little olive oil in the pan. I sear them both sides turn the heat down n cook for 25-30 mins. Gives them a hard shell but not too hard and keeps them juicy in the center. Be sure not to poke them with a fork while cooking or the juices will escape and make them dry
