what can i make that conist of mainly potatoes besides scalloped potatoes and ham?

  • Cheesy Potatoes! It's like Mac 'n Cheese, but substitute the potatoes in for the pasta. So good, but not good for you!

  • Thinly slice potatoes and drizzle with a little olive oil, and season with s&p and a little rosemary. Layer them on a buttered baking dish, then put a rack above them. On the rack, arrange seasoned chicken pieces, or pork chops. Put into a preheated 400*f oven until the meat is cooked through. The meat will be nicely browned, chicken skin crisp, meat tender, and the potatoes will be flavored by the meat drippings, crisp on the edges. It's a delicious, easy, one pan meal with a salad tossed in.
