Do you wipe your butt standing up or sitting down?

I'm a stander-upper. That's just the way I was taught, I guess. I don't know how we got on the subject but some of my friends seem to think I'm nuts! Until then, it never occurred to me to stay sitting down. I'm afraid I'll stick my hand in the toilet water!! So, what do you do??

  • I like to wipe my butt sitting down yet leaning forward a little standing just makes it a little odd for me

  • Ewww sitting. I think if you stand it would smash since your butt cheeks come together, lol

  • I never even knew standing up was an option! I would think that standing up would smush your cheeks together and make a bigger mess. I just reach around and wipe, I've never stuck my hand in the toilet and I've been potty trained for 17 years. lol.

  • I'm a sitter. I never thought to stand and don't see how that would be easier. Maybe I'll try it. ha ha ha maybe.

  • I think standing has to be more difficult. Do you spread your cheeks and jam the paper in? What is the technique?
