I've been having severe headaches since yesterday. Everytime I stand up I feel like my head is pounding and everytime I lay down it pounds again, it's like a really bad and hard pound not just a little one. I asked my doctor and she said to drink water but could that really be it? She told me to nap more but If I suddenly open my eyes I can feel the pound again. Has anyone ever had this? Is there anything else I can do?

  • I had horrible headaches, nausea, passing out, nose bleeds. and the drinking of water never helped me. Hot showers , lots of tylenol, peppermint scalp oil..helped alot

  • Drink water and try some caffeine. I started getting migraines and had to drink some coffee and that worked great.
