If a minor goes online and meets someone and then is harmed by this interaction- mentally, physically, ect... should the parent sbe held responsible as well as the person causing the harm?
A 13 year old has a facebook page and meets then talked to a 25 year old who she then goes to meet and is raped. should the parents be held responsible for any part of this interaction. They were not monitoring their minors and thus leaving them open to harm.
Would the parent be held accountable if they knowingly dropped their child off at a house party where they knew there was underage drinking and sex?
Do you think it is the same kind of thing?
