Should I be concern???

My two month old baby has a bunch of red bumps all over her body except her face. They look like if she has a diaper rash all over the body. My baby seem ok, she don't appare to be sick or anything and has been acting normal. Is this a cause of concern or is this normal some how?
P.S. I noticed the bumps two days ago...

  • Could be an allergy to soap or laundry detergent. Could be dry skin too. Without a fever, I wouldn't panic but, make sure it isn't hives. Hives can be a sign of a more serious allergy or reaction.

  • She could be allergic to nickel (snaps have nickel in them) my daughter is and we have to cover all snaps with cloth to keep her from breaking out.
