Warning: Cottage cheese contains milk.

Really? Are people so stupid this warning is really needed on a cottage cheese container? Is there going to be someone out there that reads it and says "Damn! All these years I thought I was eating hamburgers in these little cups!"

The FDA recommends putting allergen labels on all food. I have a half-gallon of soy milk in my fridge that says CONTAINS SOY right under the ingredients.

This is a very sue-happy country. Companies want to cover their bases cause people love to profit off being morons.

Yup, & on peanut butter jars, the label says "Contains peanuts." Really? Peanut butter contains peanuts? I have lots of products that have these labels. So much for living in a litigation happy society. People sue for spilling hot beverages in their laps at drive-thru windows. So now all hot foods & drinks have a warning label too. Waiting for the day when cold foods & beverages get a label as well. LOL

I know, it's on regular cheese too. I love when whole wheat cereal has a "Warning: Contains Wheat" label on it...

Sad part is, if you don't put it there, some ass will eat it and sue...
