    i drink mostly caffiene free pepsi
    but a little caffiene won't hurt you.

  • Yes, try not to have more than one caffienated drink a day but I do have it. I had caffiene with both of my previous pregnancies and have two normal healthy kids so I don't see anything wrong with it. I try not to overdo it though because the more caffiene I have the more active the baby is and sometimes it just hurts.

  • I drank caffeine throughout my entire pregnancy and my daughter and I are perfectly fine. Now, I didn't drink like ten cups of coffee and soda a day, it was more like two or three sodas and one or two cups of coffee a week (if even that).

  • A cup of Coke sometimes at lunch, but I do caffeine-free when it's an option. I won't do it at dinner or later, though, because it keeps me awake (via the baby kicking).
