  • Just was them off them clean water and don't let him sleep with a bottle in his mouth it can cause cavities. They also make a baby tooth brush that fits over ur finger to wipe his teeth and tongue with.

  • You can also wipe his teeth with a soft wet cloth, twice a day, as you would brush your own teeth. As the first reply said, don't let him sleep with a bottle in his mouth.

  • You can use a wet washcloth, just like the doctor said.
    OR
You can get a baby toothbrush or one of the finger tip brushes

You can use plain water or baby toothpaste. The toothpaste just tastes sweet so kids are more willing to let you in there - it doesn't add any extra cleaning power. If you opt for the toothpaste, he will need flouride free paste until he is about 4... old enough to know to not swallow and how to spit.
