How can i make taco seasoning without a ppacket already put together?

I have everything for taco salad but the seasoning, how do I make it? Do you make it yourself?

  • 1/4 cup instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. crushed dried red pepper flakes
    1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. instant minced garlic
    1 tsp. ground cumin

  • Do you have a bunch of spices in your cabinet? Here's a seasoning recipe I found on google:

    * 1 tablespoon chili powder
    * 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    * 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    * 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    * 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
    * 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    * 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
    * 1 teaspoon sea salt
    * 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • I brown my meat and drain, the I add diced onions, crushed garlic, 1 15oz can drained diced tomatoes, cumin and chili powder. Then I add about 1/2 a cup of water and simmer it down until it is your desired thickness. You can add red pepper flakes for more heat.
