I signed up for a SUP and Hike event. Next Thursday, we are paddling out to an island on the Tennessee River and then hiking two miles and paddling back. I am getting nervous about it now. I have been working out and lifting weights and I am sore from that this week. I am going to go light on my weight lifting next week so that I won't be so sore. What is it like to SUP? Is it hard? Also, what are the chances of me falling into the water?
