We moved into this house a year ago. We pay our rent on time, take care of the house and the front and back yards and all of that. When we moved in, the landlord had a bunch of junk in the backyard: couches, beds,a refrigerator, 2 stoves and a bunch of other random stuff. Our yard is so full of her crap that we can't use it and our kids can't play in it. The day we moved in she said she would have it all cleared up within the week. Well it has been a year and everything is STILL back there. What's worse is that she comes in to our yard randomly at any given time of the day/night to get stuff without even talking to us about it. There have been many times that we're here just relaxing or even sleeping at night or very early in the morning and we hear noise outside and it's her out there! I've asked her countless times to move her stuff and she just never does. What can I do? We cannot afford to move right now so that's out of the question. Surely there must be some sort of regulation against things like this, right?Answer Question
