How long do you work out and how often?

I work out 30mins a day 5 days a week it that anuff? I run on my tridmill and do sit ups? anything eles i can do at home?

  • I workout six days a week for about 1-1 1/2 hours. On my rest day, I usually take a walk for about 30 minutes.

    You could check out Collage video and see if they have any videos that interest you. You also might want to incorporate some weight training into your routine.

  • I take yoga 3 times a week with my son and work out on are total gym at home every day for like an hr

  • on my wii fit i worked out 4 times a week 30 mins each time until this week because i started school
